Joe entered the field as a kinesiologist who developed a holistic approach by merging modern medicinal technology with ancient wisdom. Specializing in strength and conditioning, exercise physiology, and exercise nutrition, Joe has a history various athletic backgrounds ranging from track & field, cross-country, gymnastics, mountain-biking, soccer, baseball, yoga, martial arts, slack lining, wakeboarding, snowboarding, even juggling, and more! Joe has extensive experience working with all kinds of clients, including competitive collegiate athletes, adolescents, mothers, those who struggle with weight loss, neurodevelopmental and geriatric populations, as well as those with chronic/acute injuries, disabilities, post-operative rehabilitative status or other serious health issues.
