Eat Anything You Want, Just Make It Yourself
I implore you to take the first step of obtaining an optimal diet: create your own food. Think of all the various kinds of food that you enjoy. How much of that is considered imbalanced or unhealthy? Believe it or not, there are healthy alternatives to nearly every processed food. Simply by making your own food, you will realize what ingredients go into your food. Being aware of what you are eating is the first step to obtaining a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Buy Less, Create More
Home-cooked meals is not only cheaper but much healthier, simply because you know exactly what you are consuming. How much does it cost to buy a pizza? Say it costs $10 to buy a large pizza that is made of bread, tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. For the same amount of that you are paying a company to make your food, you can use that same money and buy all of those ingredients, plus more, to create a pizza for today and tomorrow. You could create that pizza with less sugar, salt and fat, and without additives, which are all commonly used in pre-prepared foods.
