Each week you will be suggested to complete a designated lesson and homework item. The coursework includes homework sheets, templates and interactive modules. Each assignment is practical and different, and the time it takes to complete will differ for each person, but it is ultimately designed to bring you closer to your dreams.

Sauna

Heat stress has a wide variety of documented benefits for the body via the release of heat shock proteins which eliminate free radicals, support antioxidant protection, and repair misfolded, damaged proteins in muscle tissue. Plan to work towards 20 minutes at 200°F to reap the benefits of your In-Person sauna session. 

Cold PLunge

Cryotherapy, just one form of the broader category of cold thermogenesis, is the treatment of injuries of inflammation via exposure to cold temperatures. Cold-water immersion is an easier method than many of the expensive chambers, and it also triggers the mammalian dive reflex! You will start with cold showers, working down to as cold as 40°F for anywhere between 30 and 300 seconds.
