There are many methods to get well, and the path isn't usually linear, not to mention there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Given this, I have developed a time-tested method which addresses the main facets of a balanced life. While all aspects are important to be mindful of with relation to conscious change, it's critical to start where you are inspired and then develop the momentum to catalyze your wellness. Together we will implement the following principles to accomplish your goals.

Online Movement equipment Recommendations
Whether you choose to exercise at home or at a gym, I will provide you with the proper equipment recommendations to help you meet your fitness goals. This will likely include a swiss ball, dowel rod, mirror/camera, resistance bands, and dumbbells/kettlebells.
What to expect From an In-Person MOVEMENT session
The entire session duration lasts approximately 1 hour and is entirely one-on-one. This provides a safe space free from judgments and ensures maximum effectiveness in achieving your goals. For the first portion we will discuss your current status in relation to your goals. This may involve measuring some baseline bio-markers, mental status, briefly discuss proper body mechanics related to the exercises of the session, and go over any updates related to achieving your goals. The wellness consultation typically involves a personal training session that is approximately one hour and consists of a dynamic mobilization, stretching, warm-up, prescribed exercises, and post-training directions.
Typical 1 Hour Movement Session Breakdown
- ~5 minutes: Baseline
- ~5 minutes: Dynamic Movement Preparation
- ~45 minutes: Customized Exercise Prescription
- ~5 minutes: Keep the End in Mind
* each client is unique, therefore every session may vary in time so that your individual needs are met. This time may also be reserved for any other services including, but not limited to, developing nutrient programs, enhancing holistic lifestyle awareness, assessing environmental stressors, cultivating equanimity, augmenting embodiment, and assessing your path to total human optimization.
In-Person Movement Program Frequency
- 1x per week: We live in a busy world. This option is available for those who want to meet in-person although are unavailable to meet more often.
- 2x per week: For best results, it is in your best interest to train in-person to ensure you are training with perfect form.
In-PErson Movement Program Durations
In order to effectively reach your movement goals and transform your body, depending on your availability, it is in your best interest to train 4 days per week. If you do the work, your goals will be achieved. The program length is 12 weeks. Depending on your goals, we can lengthen your program to get the results you want. Physiological and psychological adaptations will vary based on bioindividuality, commitment, and lifestyle habits discussed when you join a program.
- 12 Weeks - This is the optimal duration to measure true success. Any duration shorter than this may not result in your desired outcomes. During this time, Joe will motivate and inspire you to become aware of and practice that which will assist you to become the best version of you. This is a complete mesocycle. Your health and performance-related goals will be achieved by engaging in a program length of this duration whether it is weight loss, cardio-endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, speed, power, reaction time, agility, etc. Let's work together to obtain the results you have always dreamed of.
- 1 Session - While the main program offered lasts 3 months, I provide the option for an individual session to help you get an idea of where you are in relation to what you could be doing to optimize your mind and body. Do not expect much change to occur with only one session. The purpose of attending a single session is to test the waters and see if this is something that is right for you, however it is advised to engage in a longer program for maximum results.
