Ingredients: Loose leaf bag of tea. *Calendula officinalis (Calendula) Flower, Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) Flower, *Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap), Nepeta cataria (Catnip), Avena sativa (Oatstraw), Citrus x sinesis (Sweet Orange) Peel, *Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass), Trifolium pratense (Red Clover), *Lavendula angustifolia (Lavender) Flower

Directions: Infusion (Steep), add 1 Tbsp of dried herb per cup of water to a mug or French press. Pour boiling water over the herbs. Cover the mug and let steep for 5-20 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
